This system is part of the Bosch “Expert” series, which is designed to meet the requirements of experienced and discerning DIYers. As with the smaller sister model PEX 300 AE, the PEX 400 AE is also better balanced than its predecessors: the handles are fitted in the optimum position relative to the tool’s centre of gravity. This ensures extremely easy and controlled guidance of the PEX 400 AE. Both random orbit sanders sit securely and comfortably in the hand due to their ergonomic design with softgrip coverings. What’s more, the fan wheel reduces vibration. As a result, the PEX 400 AE glides more smoothly over the workpiece than its predecessors.
