Quality
The GTL3 is great for laying tile. The 45 degree angle obviously helps with laying tile on the diagonal, but it is also useful when laying jack-on-jack patterns to check adjoining rows. Simply align the 45 degree line to bisect the tile and the line should lay directly over the corners of the other rows.
Battery life seems fine. Laser was easily seen. we have not used the laser for wallpaper or cabinet installation and will probably stick with our self leveling unit for those jobs.
